Drive the development of brand fundamentals and innovation projects, secure coherent communication across key markets, and collaborate closely with global and local marketing teams to build a strong innovation pipeline and integrated execution that supports brand growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeadership of the Brand Coalition of Carapelli, working together with the Global Brand Director and Brand Coalition Team Members. /li liSupport Bertolli marketing teams in the countries (not just Brand Coalition members). /li liDevelopment of Carapelli marketing mix (Brand Fundamentals development), especially: ul liSupport in the development of the brand's innovation projects. /li liLead the communication platform development. /li /ul /li liManage and develop communication and media plans with responsibility in investment decisions. /li liEstablishment of synergies with the different countries through the instruments defined by Marketing Global Team. /li liTake responsibility for the main KPIs of the different brand/market combinations and Bertolli as a whole. /li liContinuous communication with the BUs. /li /ul h3You will need /h3 pEducation: /p ul liUniversity Education with Degree or equivalent qualification, post-graduate marketing qualification desirable. /li /ul pExperience: /p ul liProven expertise and wide-ranging experience of Strategic Marketing (specifically bcommunication innovation /b) at a senior level in a bFMCG global organization /b. /li liStrong business acumen and preferably marketing experience in global consumer brands. /li liExperience functioning effectively in a senior-level environment, able to operate effectively with senior managers within the Company. /li liHigh level of Consumer Marketing knowledge. /li liDesirable: experience in multinational working with different countries, having manage a brand from a local and a global perspective. /li liFluent in spoken and written English.
