Business Development Manager / Experienced Account Manager / Tele-Sales – Barcelona


4.5 days per week, 34 hours per week, Hours: Mon - Thu 14:30 – 22:00, Fri 14:30 – 18:30.


We are a business to business cosmetic medical product sales company looking to add to our exclusively English speaking sales team in Barcelona, Spain. We need someone who has a proven track record in customer service / sales with excellent communication skills. Fluent English is a must as you will be dealing with doctors and nurses at cosmetic clinics and plastic surgeries across the US. You will need to be SELF MOTIVATED, PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, confident with telesales as well as a great team player. Customer Service / Hospitality Management experience with US clients is an advantage.


We are seeking candidates for the Business Development Manager role who possess exceptional active listening skills and a high level of emotional intelligence. Ideal candidates should be adept at picking up on subtle cues during conversations and excel in understanding client needs.


The Role

As Business Development Manager your main duty will be to contact plastic surgeries and cosmetic clinics across the U.S. by phone using our database. We sell registered medical devices from our licensed pharmacy and you will receive full training to ensure you are comfortable and confident with all product specifications and the industry.

Once trained, you will then need to communicate with at least 80 contacts per day, to help us grow our client base by securing new customer accounts. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional active listening abilities and a strong command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate and collaborate with our clients and team.

This is a fantastic role for an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter to develop their sales career.

Main Responsibilities:

· Contacting prospective clients by phone to inform them of our products and service to generate new accounts for the business. We would expect you to make average 80 calls daily.

· Account Management: Once new customer accounts have been established, you will need to provide excellent customer service to build relationships and improve loyalty and frequency of purchase.

· Participating on daily team meetings


Requirements:


· 2 years experience in customer service / sales preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· Fluent English is a must

· Exceptional active listening abilities

· Strong command of English, both written and verbal

· Be personable and approachable, with the ability to build relationships

· Self motivated, target driven, highly organised and detail oriented

· Proficient in MS Office - Excel and Word


We need someone who would enjoy themselves making lots of calls daily and who is ready to work hard during working hours to make lots of commissions!


At Aspire Port Marly we value and reward our staff. We work hard, but also know you have a life outside of work and are always looking to strike that perfect work/life balance. We can offer you a fixed base salary as well as a very generous commission and bonus structure.


Salary: €1300* per month + twenty percent commission on all sales and additional bonuses. *Before tax deductions - The basic wage is just to get you going, after that we expect you to earn at least double / triple that amount through commissions. There is no cap on how much you can earn it all depends on your own hard work and performance.


WORK FROM HOME : candidate has to have a calm/quiet space to work with good WIFI. You will be provided with a laptop. In the new year you might be asked to be 3 days a week in the office setting with the team and 2 days you could work from home.
