As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of our technical service team in your assigned area in Spain, providing technical support to our local customers. This role offers an opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities.
2. Conduct training sessions internally and externally as needed.
3. Accurately complete service reports, noting time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes, installed base data maintenance (serial number, ink, counter value, functional location), reverse flow, billing block code, and billing request confirmation.
4. Actively promote and sell M-I service products to customers, enhancing application uptime and maximizing sales results, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with Sales teams to support sales revenue targets and growth, building strong relationships with the department.
6. Travel within your assigned area and occasionally nationally for training and meetings.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
* Ability to assess technical situations and advise proactively on solutions.
* Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively.
* Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English skills.
* Certifications in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Networking, Vision cameras, or software capabilities.
* Knowledge of technical products, preferably including Markem-Imaje’s product range.
