Role Overview: Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience preferably in CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a background in data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Experience in sales and client management within service industries is also advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business. Build strong relationships with CPG clients to ensure they gain value and insights, enhancing their advocacy for Advantage. Achieve sales and profit goals within the client portfolio and meet new business development targets. Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts. Work across client and internal functions to meet client needs and develop proposals. Exercise strong business acumen and negotiation skills to secure win-win agreements. Support and lead market teams in developing and nurturing client relationships at the country level. Enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through thought leadership activities such as keynote presentations, conference participation, white papers, and published articles. Location: Ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, or Germany). This role is remote (home office based). Travel Expectations: Client meetings, conferences, and industry events, primarily in the second half of the year and occasionally to Toronto. Required Capabilities and Skills: Expertise in the CPG retail industry and a strong network of global contacts. Customer service and business development orientation. Practical understanding of market research principles and Advantage Products. Ability to manage complex consulting projects. Excellent English communication skills, especially in virtual environments. Data interpretation and storytelling presentation skills. Independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong inter-departmental communication skills and client advocacy. Active listening skills and client needs focus. Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
