Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:
Financial controlling & reporting:
Support monthly management reporting and financial analysis for the CFO.
Assist with group consolidation and intercompany reporting processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Cost controlling & operations:
Analyze production costs, manufacturing variances, and product margins.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock valuation, and related KPIs.
Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance, audits & internal controls:
Support the implementation of internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
Systems & process improvement:
Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.G., SAP Business One).
Contribute to improving financial processes and data quality across departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, local GAAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel;
experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English;
additional languages are a plus.
Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is highly valued.
