Job Duties
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading the sales teams within the organization.
This position involves managing and directing the strategic and operational activities of the sales team.
The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement direct sales strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives enabling the organization to "move fast" as it continues to scale through efficient execution on key strategic initiatives.
The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the direct sales team supports the achievement of the company's overall goals.
Key Accountabilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
2. Defining and executing territory sales plans.
3. Manage the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, sales calls, and closing deals.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
6. Analyze customer base and actively look for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
7. Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
8. Work with the local teams to increase the number of customers across the region.
