Work setup
As much as the Saber.Tech office is an amazing space, we offer you fully remote contracts, or simply to choose when you visit your colleagues in person! Our team loves to be able to choose to work together in the same space when they need to, with communication tools like Zoom and interactive whiteboards to assist it’s also easy to include our remote team members.
Team voices
* Engineering team: The office location is amazing with lots of good restaurants and shopping. You'll be happy to explore Malaga with its great beaches and many beautiful villages nearby.
* Design team: There is no micromanaging, we trust people to do their work. Most of us enjoy the flexibility to balance work and home life. It's a way for the company to support people.
* BI team: There are a lot of challenges but there's also a lot of reward as well. Sometimes it can be quite chaotic, but also that's what I like about it as well.
* Engineering team: Our team leader is a bit of a tech geek, so we get to try new technologies. So, we are not working with the tech that are 20 years old. We are always up to date.
