This role is part of our Technical Department and focuses on delivering engaging technical training to both customers and internal teams. You will transform complex technical information into clear, accessible content across different platforms while representing NRF in workshops and customer locations. Deliver technical training to workshops and customers, as well as internal training for NRF colleagues.Create technical articles, translations and interactive training sessions to increase engagement and interest.Visit workshops and customers to conduct training sessions that you will have previously prepared through digital platforms, ensuring clear understanding and resolving all types of technical questions from customers and partners.
