Responsibilities
* Support in analyzing and understanding our destinations and clients, including their business models and specific needs.
* Learn and develop a strong understanding of our products and services to assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Collaborate in managing customer accounts, including assisting in contract preparation and negotiation processes.
* Help educate clients on product features and functionalities, and how they can support their business goals.
* Participate in the acquisition process of new clients, including initial research and basic risk assessments.
* Assist in market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business planning.
* Monitor and interpret performance reports with guidance, proposing basic actions in coordination with senior team members.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams across different countries to support client needs and internal processes.
* Act as a supportive point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.

Requirements
* Prior experience in a commercial, product department or any other working experience will be very valued.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-starter, able to work with autonomy and self-management skills within a team.
* Solutions-oriented, looking for innovative solutions to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* Goal oriented with solid analytical skills and a strong strategic mindset.
* Ability to work in a multinational & continuous changing environment and interact with different nationalities.
* Willing to travel on a regular basis.
* Spanish and English fluent or native speaker, other languages will be an advantage.
