What would you do?
1. Exhaustive analysis of sales performance, margins and profitability from different business perspectives (by commercial division, product family, market, channels)
2. Analysis of market reports and comparison with the company's performance to identify strategic perspectives
3. Monitoring of Commercial Alerts and Recommendations, for the generation of business opportunities
4. Support in negotiations to ensure profitable operations
5. Monitoring and control of the performance of the commercial structure. Incentive Calculation
6. Generation and management of the P&L of the different business units, as well as the monitoring of the main items of this
7. Preparation of the division's budget
The Baker we're looking for...
1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business or Economics
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
3. English language proficiency + Dutch and Spanish
4. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
5. Strategic vision to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
6. Positive attitude and collaborative approach to solving business challenges
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage pressure situations
8. Experience in the industrial sector and / or FMCG is a plus.
9. Availability to move to live in the Netherlands (close to Amsterdam) in a mid-long term.
