Talent Management Specialist - Region South Europe
The role focuses on developing and executing talent management strategies aligned with regional business needs.
* Design and implement talent development programs to strengthen internal pipelines for key roles.
* Collaborate with business leaders to foster a strong talent culture, aligned with H&M's values and leadership principles.
* Analyze employee engagement and internal career development data to optimize talent strategies.
* Participate in global talent management initiatives to share best practices and adapt to local needs.
This position requires close collaboration with HR teams, including Regional HRMs and Sales Market HRMs, as well as alignment with global talent management initiatives.
We are seeking individuals with formal education in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with experience in talent management within the retail industry.
* Strong understanding of workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
* Proficiency in assessment tools and employee engagement strategies.
* Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian; Portuguese is an asset.
