You will provide strategic legal counsel, manage regulatory compliance, and support corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team and Board- Manage regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships- Oversee corporate governance, intellectual property, and data protection matters- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authoritiesRequirements- 5+ years of legal experience in financial services, fintech, or banking- Strong knowledge of EU financial regulations, AML/KYC, PSD2, and MiCA- Law degree with relevant bar admission- Experience in multi-jurisdictional legal management- Fluency in English required;
