Mostea is an innovative beverage startup based in La Rioja, Spain, producing the first sparkling grape juice (mosto con gas) on the market. The company combines tradition and innovation, offering a natural, alcohol-free alternative rooted in the region’s viticultural heritage.
As a young and fast-growing brand, Mostea is actively expanding its presence through festivals, tastings, and cultural events.
Internship Overview
We are looking for 2 proactive, creative, and hands‑on interns to join Mostea during the summer season. This role is ideal for someone interested in events, marketing, and brand building within the food & beverage industry.
The intern will play a key role in supporting Mostea’s presence at summer events and contributing to the company’s marketing and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Support & Brand Activation
* Assist in the organization and execution of summer events, fairs, and concerts
* Support drink tastings and product presentations
* Represent the brand in a friendly and engaging way
* Help with logistics, setup, and coordination during events
2. Social Media Management
* Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Capture photo and video content during events
* Engage with the online community and respond to messages
* Identify and contact potential partners (bars, festivals, event organizers)
* Support collaborations and brand visibility initiatives
* Assist in building relationships with local businesses
4. Marketing Campaigns
* Contribute ideas for creative marketing campaigns
* Support the execution of digital and offline campaigns
* Analyze performance and suggest improvements
Profile Requirements
* Strong interest in marketing, events, or the beverage/food industry
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
* Creative mindset with basic knowledge of social media platforms
* Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
* Availability to travel locally and work flexible hours (including weekends)

We are looking for 2 people to help us during the summer peak. We want two young people to help us 3 days per week with loads of flexibility and free time to also have the chance to enjoy summer in Spain. We have a coworking space and a van to be used to attend the concerts, events, fairs and tastings we plan to have this summer. Some office work is expected considering social media management but also experience with new customers, orders, sales and general management of the company. If you have Erasmus + grant and you want to have some commission earnings on the sales this can be a good opportunity to get some real experience with a youth led startup.
