AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts 5 October 2026 and runs until 1 October 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from a variety of disciplines who want to develop a professional career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will run from April 2026 until July 2026.
Internship Overview
During an 11‑month, full‑time (40 h/week) internship, you will work in the Production Quality department as part of the Transformation team. The team monitors and improves processes and performance on the Final Assembly Line of the A330 MRTT from a quality perspective. You will also study a Master organised in three training blocks that will enable you to discover the most in‑demand skills.
Responsibilities
*
* Lead quality improvement and innovation at the FAL, establishing measurement standards for process reliability and repeatability to increase performance and product adherence to standards.
* Optimize processes, methods and tools to ensure an efficient system, maintaining a common understanding and engagement across all stakeholders.
* Monitor Production Quality performance using KPIs, providing visibility, facilitating fast decision‑making and ensuring operational surveillance of people, products and processes.
* Set appropriate governance, methodology and structure to contribute to the improvement of quality standards through effective communication.
* Manage non‑conformities (NCs) and quality escapes, ensuring effective root‑cause eradication and feedback loops between the FAL and suppliers.
* Ensure clean and consistent data.
* Boost a preventive mindset by detecting and tackling repetitive or major quality escapes to anticipate their occurrence.
* Manage risk and opportunities within Production Quality at the site.
* Secure OES implementation in the Production Quality side.
* Secure QMS compliance and regulatory approvals (PERAM, MOA, POA, DOA), ensuring operational processes meet internal and third‑party certification standards.
* Encourage team spirit to boost collaboration.
* Analyse data and KPIs.
* Implement process automation.
Knowledge to be Acquired
*
* Extensive knowledge of the A330 MRTT Final Assembly Line production phase, with a primary focus on product quality assurance.
* Opportunity to participate in improvement projects from launch through implementation.
Projects and Areas
Within the Transformation team you will participate in projects involving digitisation, visualisation improvement, training improvement and other related areas.
