Job Description
At Shiji, we are seeking a vibrant, high-energy Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience making calls, be comfortable with technology, and motivated by engaging with prospects and clients to manage relationships. We offer a strong career development plan based on performance. This role will focus on the Reviewpro product and its features.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop a business plan for identifying new opportunities, scheduling online demos, and qualifying leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Achieve monthly quotas through outbound calls to prospects, ensuring a balance of call quality and quantity to generate new business.
* Generate sales primarily through cold and warm calling of current customers and prospects.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Respond promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries.
* Keep the CRM system updated with accurate data.
Qualifications
* Native or professional proficiency in both English and Italian.
* 1-2 years of sales experience.
* Results-driven, proactive, persistent, with a strong motivation for sales.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
* A positive, can-do attitude, team-oriented, with good time management and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
* Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Zoho CRM systems is a plus.
