El trabajo de Guest Service Agent/ Botones se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:
17. El servicio de equipaje es totalmente puntual y eficiente.
18. Los huéspedes son acompañados a sus habitaciones y familiarizados con el Hotel y sus servicios
19. Se asegura de que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y materiales y se reciclan los residuos generados.
20. Mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del equipo y de otros departamentos sobre asuntos que puedan afectar de alguna manera al funcionamiento del hotel y al bienestar de los huéspedes.
Las responsabilidades habituales del trabajo incluyen: Ayudar a los huéspedes con su equipaje a la llegada y a la salida de acuerdo con nuestras normas de servicio para garantizar la satisfacción de los huéspedes. Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes a su llegada de forma amable y atenta. Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera educada y eficiente. Recoger el equipaje de las habitaciones de los huéspedes y guardarlo en una zona segura hasta su salida. Mantener la visibilidad en la zona de entrada del vestíbulo y ayudar a los huéspedes cuando vean que llevan su equipaje por su cuenta. Mantener la limpieza y el orden en la sala de almacenamiento de equipaje.

What we are looking for:
The job of Guest Service Agent/Bellboy is successfully executed when:
26. Luggage service is thoroughly timely and efficient.
27. Guest are escorted to their rooms and familiarized with the Hotel and its services.
28. Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
29. Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.
Usual job responsibilities include: assisting the guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure according to our service standards in order to ensure guest the guests upon their arrival in a friendly and caring manner. Handle guest requests in a polite and efficient manner. Collect luggage from guest rooms and keep them in a secure area until guest departure. Maintain visibility in the lobby entrance area and help guests when seeing them carrying their luggage on their own. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of luggage storage room.
