Audit Senior
Responsibilities
* Preparing audit work papers and reviewing the work papers of less experienced staff.
* Consolidating subsidiary accounts.
* Interfacing with client personnel to obtain records and information pertinent to the audit process.
* Gaining an understanding of client business operations, procedures and needs.
* Assisting in the planning of engagements.
* Prioritizing competing work demands and managing time appropriately.
* Following established procedures, while suggesting innovative, progressive ideas where appropriate.
Qualifications
* 3-6 years of experience working for a public accounting firm
* CPA preferred or qualified to sit for the CPA examination
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with Prosystem Tax is a plus.
* Prior tax preparation experience a plus but not required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
* Flexibility to travel to client locations inside the USA
* Valid driver’s license
