About the School - Colegio Internacional Meres:

Founded in 1966, Colegio Internacional Meres is the only private school in Asturias accredited as an official international school by the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization), one of the first in Spain to achieve this status.

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key part in shaping the educational experience and wellbeing of your students. You will design clear and engaging learning objectives, create a structured and supportive classroom environment, and adapt your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your learners. You will ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential through high-quality instruction, effective classroom management, and thoughtful assessment. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute actively to school life—participating in meetings, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting whole‑school initiatives. You will also uphold our safeguarding, diversity, and equality commitments as an integral part of your daily practice.

Who We Are Looking For:
You are a dedicated and resilient educator who brings empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students thrive. You are attentive to behavioural or learning changes and can adapt your approach to support a range of abilities. You work well with others, value collaboration, and are open to feedback and continuous improvement. You demonstrate initiative, excellent organisation, and a commitment to high standards in everything you do. With solid classroom experience, confidence using educational technology, and the ability to motivate learners of different ages and backgrounds, you are ready to make a meaningful impact in our school community.

You will have:

* Primary Education Degree or qualification
* High level of English (C1/C2 or bilingual)
