Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead global and regional programs within Commercial Operations to enable and transform Agilent's one Commercial Organization with innovative tech capabilities. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with strategic roadmaps, deliver measurable business results, and continuously improve existing toolsets. You will apply project management best practices, act as a subject matter expert across Sales, Customer Operations, and Data Management, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive scalable outcomes. - Lead or co-lead global and regional projects to milestones and budget targets
- Provide domain SME input in Sales, Customer Operations, Service Delivery, and Data Management
- Ensure alignment of solutions with Commercial Strategic Technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations, IT, Sales, Customer Operations, Service, and Digital & Data Governance
- Apply PM best practices to deliver project deliverables
- Offer Tier 3 support and act as point of contact for assigned tools/processes
- Partner with IT as Global POC to maintain effective business capabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with global and regional stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- 5-8 years in program or project management within commercial areas
- Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Experience with SAP FSM, SAP-CRM, or S/4 HANA is a plus
- Functional/semitechnical expertise in Pre-Sales CRM, Order Booking, Service Contracts, Service Delivery, Data Architecture, and Governance
- Experience with data, automation or AI is advantageous
- Excellent leadership, decision-making and results orientation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management at executive levels
- Ability to work globally in a matrix, cross-cultural environment
