Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
* Preparation of a monthly report for management
* Budget variance analysis
* Commercial management control analysis (sales, distribution channels, etc.)
* Industrial management control analysis (stock, PRI, etc.)
* Monitoring provisions on inventory / accounting framework / management
* Overall analysis of profit and loss items
* KPIs
Industrial Margin
* Analysis of manufacturing costs (raw materials, labor, indirect costs, etc.)
* Proposal of improvements
* Inventory valuation and control
Budget
* Development of the P&L for the Spanish subsidiary
* Preparation of monthly closing
* Responsibility for the correct application of the budgetary procedure
* Coordination with headquarters
Qualifications
* Higher education in Management Control or Business School, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
* Ability to manage and develop a team
* Reliability and accuracy in monitoring budgetary and accounting data
* Very advanced level in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power BI
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills
* Accustomed to working in a high growht environment and meeting tight deadlines
* High level of English (C1); French is a strong plus
* Strong communication skills at all levels, with negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
