The Role
We seek an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant for existing customers, enhancing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
2. Serve as the primary contact for clients' needs and goals, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Identify upsell opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
4. Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and action planning.
5. Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our product.
6. Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to meet company goals.
7. Demonstrate strategic analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
8. Be tech-savvy and adaptable.
9. Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
10. Experience in SaaS is a plus.
11. Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
12. Be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
13. Proactively suggest new ideas.
14. Experience handling churn cases and upselling.
15. Work effectively with KPIs.
16. Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required, as we are an international team.
