Job Description
As a German-speaking Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of German SME clients. You will act as their main point of contact, helping them identify opportunities, solve challenges, and reach their business goals through tailored solutions.
This is an on-site position in Malaga, where you'll work as part of a dynamic, multilingual team focused on providing excellent customer experience and driving business success.
What You’ll Do
* Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and retention
* Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions to strengthen engagement
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed growth targets
* Seek out new business opportunities through referrals, leads, and networking
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience that fosters loyalty and advocacy
What We’re Looking For
* Proficiency or bilingual fluency in German, with advanced English
* Experience working in or with the German market
* Results-oriented and self-driven, with a positive and proactive attitude
* Creative problem solver with a challenger mindset
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident with senior stakeholders
* Consultative sales experience and the ability to identify new opportunities
