About the Job
We want to incorporate an Export Area Manager Area for the Commercial Department of Quality Chemicals S.L., reporting to the Sales Director. Quality Chemicals is a chemical raw material producer for different applications, being the manufacture of APIs and excipients the most important part. The area that needs to be covered would it be some spanish regions + international territories
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the execution of the commercial and marketing strategy of the countries assigned under their responsibility.
· Maintain the existing client portfolio and expand it.
· Prospect, visit and development of commercial relations with their clients.
· Advise customers about technical and commercial issues.
· Determine the appropriate monitoring of each visit.
· Negotiation and closure of contracts with customers.
· Development of new markets, identifying non -covered opportunities and markets.
· Achieve the annual objectives provided for quantity, margin, number of active customers.
· Propose market development strategies for different markets according to the objectives of the company and the information of the different markets.
· Guarantee the good management of your client accounts, in terms of satisfaction, development and management of new products, profitability and balance.
· Provide to the company all the information related to the market and the different applications of the products of both the company and the competition.
Requirements
· University training in chemical sciences, pharmacy, or biology.
· Languages required: Catalan and English Advance level. Valuable other languages
· Minimum experience of 5 years in direct sales having been in similar functions such as Account Manager, Sales Manager.
· Valuable Experience in Business Development and Account Management.
· Very valuable Experience for sale of APIs and excipients in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Living in Barcelona province.
· Availability to travel 40% of the time.
