POur client is a world leader in natural and energy efficient cooling, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, with focus on natural refrigeration equipment and systems. /ppThe Heat Exchanger business unit is leading the manufacturer of heat exchangers, specializing in ventilated units for various commercial and industrial applications, with several factories based in Europe. /ppBased in Navarra (although with the possibility that the candidate resides in any other Spanish city), we are searching for a talented and courageous Sales Manager Iberia LATAM, Ventilated Heat Exchangers - who share our client values, with innovative capacity for working with us by integrating in a diverse team that work together. /p pGeneral description: /ppLead the sales development of Heat Exchanger Business Unit to grow significantly in country’s sales objectives. /ppDriving BU strategic response to the key elements of Product, Brand, Channel, pre-Sales and Aftersales service and support. To ensure reaching the budget in terms of Revenues and Margins by driving the business. /ppManage Heat Exchangers accounts targeting market penetration within the designated area – supported by the back-office staff. To employ a highly customer-centric approach, devising well thought-out research briefs and engaging with external audiences to gain insights and help predict market advancements. /ppTo support Heat Exchangers BU Sales organization to build sales collateral and external audience awareness. Alongside this, to ensure the right competence to execute, and to consistently review and enhance the process. /ppTo report on all project’s periodicals (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly), advising status and likely timing of order placement. /ppMeasuring category performance, deriving resolution plans and driving corrective actions when necessary. /ppTo refer market analysis in terms of tendences, positioning opportunity, competitors. /p pDuties Responsibilities: /pp· Actively manage and develop distributions agents to maximize sales potential of products with emphasis on Distribution channels. /pp· Develop long-term relationships with Consultants, Agents, distributors, and the key stakeholders, which could include facilitating with end-users, contractors, and consultants. /pp· Develop a network in the dedicated regions targeted. /pp· Provide accurate order booking forecasts and projections to support the Heat Exchangers Division. /pp· Achieve sales targets for the country’s sales objectives, through various sales visits with key clients for the assigned territory and products ranges. /pp· Report on all project’s periodicals (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly), advising status and likely timing of order placement. /pp· Oversee customer payments, finish good inventory and stocks. /p pWork Experience Requirements: /pp· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business. /pp· Extensive knowledge of Heat Exchangers products technologies. /pp· Spanish, English. Italian is a plus. /pp· Natural leadership skills. /pp· ~3-5 years in similar role in Heat Exchangers Business Unit. /pp· Strong Sales Background products ranges and knowledge of market. /pp· Good knowledge of sales channels Heating Air conditioning (consultants, Contractors) /pp· Experience of working within a fast moving and dynamic environment /pp· Management of objectives, priorities and be able to organize own work and support teamwork. /pp· Excellent presentation, communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills. /pulli· Ambitious, results-oriented, but also a team player able to work in and with a team. /li /ul
