Team Leader II
We are looking for a Manufacturing / Process Engineering Leader to drive a zero-accident culture, improve operational performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives on site.
Your mission
To lead the engineering team in improving process quality, OEE, and operational efficiency by eliminating losses and waste, while ensuring delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities
1. Promote the 0-accident culture across the site.
2. Lead and develop the engineering team.
3. Analyze processes, KPIs, and OEE to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Eliminate losses using Lean tools (SMED, Root Cause Analysis).
5. Drive shop floor transformation initiatives.
6. Participate in Capex projects, providing process expertise.
What we are looking for
7. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical background.
8. 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
9. Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization.
10. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
11. High level of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
