Location: Versátil (Spain/Southern Europe preferred) | Hybrid/Remote
Role
We're looking for a high-caliber Head of Equity & Real Estate Investment / Capital Raiser to secure immediate funding (OpCo, then PropCo), expand our investor network, and drive strategic partnerships with private investors, family offices, and, later, institutional funds.
Key Missions
- IMMEDIATE: Lead OpCo fundraising efforts for our current growth stage
- Our immediate priority is to secure €3M in equity for our OpCo, which will provide the operational cash flow needed to reach breakeven through new leases and serve as the essential “skin in the game” for our first acquisition pipeline.
- This step is absolutely crucial for our growth — without it, we can’t unlock the next phase of property acquisitions or scale efficiently.
- For this reason, it’s important that your network includes not only real estate investors, but also those who actively invest in company equity and operational growth (OpCo).
- Use immediately your current network (no cold outreach at this stage)
- Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real estate investors
- 2026: Lead our €100M real estate expansion
- Identify and secure off-market under-value property deals for acquisition
- Play a strategic role in structuring our future €100M Flex-Living Investment Fund
- Position Palma Coliving as the go-to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe
Requirements
- Who You Are:
- Strong and IMMEDIATE network in family offices, UHNI & private-equity investors, and real estate funds (institutional are not relevant at this stage)
- 10+ years Proven experience in real estate investment, capital raising, private equity, or fund management
- Track record in securing financing, structuring deals, and investor relations
- Passionate about flex-living, boutique hospitality, and innovative real estate models
- Entrepreneurial mindset, deal-maker, and results-driven
