**¿Dónde trabajarás?**:
Gran empresa dedicada a la tecnología electrónica integral: interruptores, cableado, iluminación en gral. En el año 2007 han sufrido un proceso de expansión muy relevante, en el que incorporaron un total de 600 nuevos puestos, de los cuales externalizaron el 10%. Quieren unificar consultorías para tener 2 o 3 fijas que conozcan el perfil y que se impliquen totalmente con los procesos. Para este años prevén también un fuerte incremento en las incorporaciones, aunque no con tantas incorporaciones.
**¿Qué harás?**:
- For the Digital Customer Relationships (DCR) - Data Excellence Delivery Center of Excellence (CoE):
- We create and deploy data use cases for Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Services, etc. Our mission is to build a robust execution model and data governance for DCR to accelerate data use cases delivery with agility autonomy while ensuring the highest data quality, compliance secure data.
- Job purpose:
- As a Data Engineer analytics your job will consist of developing unified data models and data pipelines. As requested by some uses cases you will also gather information from various sources and participate to build predictive models that can discover patterns and trends leading to actionable solutions offering ways to improve business decisions.
- Within the DCR Data Center of Excellence, you will work on various data, all related to the DCR domain fields (Commercial Excellence, Services, Pricing Quotation, Customer Engagement, Web/Mobile Experience, Customer Support, etc.
- Main responsibilities:
- You will make preparation of data model and use case (relevant data objects, identify anomalies, interpretate current data).
- You will build and evolving data pipelines (Extract Transform Load - ETL) as well as constructing datasets that are ready for consumption by the business.
- You will implementmethods to monitor and improve data reliability and quality.
- You will combine raw information from different sources to create consistent and machine-readable formats.
- You will collaborate in testing architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive
modeling.- You will lead bug fixing and pipeline model modifications as per testing team and domain owner feedback. You may also
be asked to work on future requests with a high level of complication and severity.- You will be responsible to assure fine tuning of code for system performance, considering expected evolution in size and
consumption.- You will enable advanced analytics by building graph databases/architectures.
- You will take part in use case elaboration, specifically in building and monitoring pipelines.
- You will participate in model creation (identify features for model success reducing large datasets to relevant ones, implement ML tools, synthetize, and deliver results to business, industrialize.
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have mastery of technical ingestion tool chain: ETL, data pipelines, staging
- You are able to implement common data management and reporting technologies, as well as the basics of columnar and
NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics- You have knowledge of architecture frameworks and cloud services (optional)
- You haveastery in reference learning techniques and algorithms, both supervised and unsupervised
- You have experience in Text mining (NLP), Image manipulation and deep learning
- You have knowledge on how to translate a business problem into a model and algorithmic strategy
- You have solid statistical programming skills
- You have strong ability to summarize and share the results of his work to non-experts
- You have mastery of various testing practices, including domain driven development and behavior driven development
- You have knowledge of and experience in the delivery of agile projects
