Technical Support Lead
Contract - 6 month Outside IR35
Location - London (On-site, Wimbledon)

We are working with a global consultancy who works with over 40% of the Fortune 100 companies as their digital agency of choice as they look to bring in a Technical Support Lead for one of their end clients in the Retail space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition activities for their respective brands
- Ensure effectiveness of Knowledge acquisitions of the respective Support engineers during Knowledge acquisition phase
- Conduct play back sessions to validate understanding captured during Knowledge acquisition phase
- Ensure technical readiness of Support engineers to cutover from Transition to Steady state
- Design and develop custom Shopify Plus themes, templates, and components based on client requirements.
- Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance the functionality of Shopify stores, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
