At Akkodis Life Sciences, we staff projects throughout Germany for renowned clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical industries. From start-ups, family businesses, and medium-sized companies to global big players, we have a wide variety of clients and requirements. We are seeking a Quality Manager (m / f / d) for Early Clinical Trials for a well-known pharmaceutical company. - Start : ASAP - Location : Greater Ulm area - Utilization : 100% - Until : 30.09.2026
Responsibilities
* Organize and support the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of inspections, internal and external audits, and assessments.
* Create and follow up on action plans in close cooperation with Quality Medicine Germany.
* Support and manage the creation of controlled documents and process templates, ensuring relevance and compliance with SOPs and curricula.
* Implement quality controls independently, including review of audit procedures and documentation such as source data, CRFs, ICs, and process descriptions.
* Initiate process improvements and CAPAs.
* Advise and assist the team on quality, processes, SOPs, improvement activities, and data protection issues.
Your profile
* Degree in natural sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical research, health sciences, quality management, or a Master's in Clinical Trial Management, GCP, or Healthcare Quality Management, with relevant experience.
* Extensive experience in phase 1 clinical trials (e.g., Study Nurse, CRA, GCP Auditor).
* Strong understanding of clinical research, quality management, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent knowledge of international and national regulations (GCP, AMG, MPG, GCP-V, ICH, FDA, EMA).
* Experience in quality management and employee training.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Team-oriented with appreciation for diversity.
