ON-SITE POSITION Stavanger Area, Norway | Relocation support available
At AMPLOY PERSONELL, we connect our clients across Norway to skilled candidates from the EU and further. We're looking for a passionate and people-driven Recruiter to join our international team in the Stavanger Area.
What you'll do:
* Source and engage candidates in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets
* Build and manage relationships with candidates and partners
* Support the full recruitment process from A to Z
* Collaborate closely with HR and management
* Be the human face of Amploy Personell for future employees
What you bring:
* Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese & English
* Experience in recruitment or similar people-focused role
* Bachelor's degree is a plus (but not required with experience)
* Strong networking and communication skills
* A proactive, adaptable mindset in an international environment
