Buscamos una persona para dar apoyo a nuestro departamento de Servicios Personalizados A.02
**Descripción del puesto**:
- Asigna expertos a proyectos y servicios en función de sus calificaciones.
- Comunica y coordina el calendario con los clientes, los/as auditores/as para la gestión de los proyectos y la organización de los viajes correspondientes.
- Coordina las citas de seguimiento de auditorías.
- Responde a las preguntas y peticiones de los clientes.
- Reúne los documentos pertinentes para el proyecto.
- Coordina todos los asuntos hasta la emisión del reporte.
- Preparación de ofertas de seguimiento y renovación.
- Otras tareas asignadas.
**Requisitos**:
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência profesional en un área relacionada.
- Conocimientos básicos de inglés
- Conocimiento del paquete office
