Join Amaris Consulting and become part of a dynamic, international, and fast-growing organization. We're looking for a motivated Business Support Officer (Internship) to provide cross-functional support across our operations and internal processes, collaborating with teams from Operations, HR, and Management.

This role is essential in ensuring administrative and organizational efficiency — with strong potential for future leadership development in team management.

Your Responsibilities
Document Management & Client Platforms
Update and maintain client platforms with required documentation.
Ensure the accuracy, validity, and compliance of corporate and consultant documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for basic inquiries regarding platforms and processes.
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist in preparing and organizing internal documents and reports.
Support Managers with operational tracking, coordination, and follow-up tasks.
HR Process Support
Collaborate on administrative tasks related to employee documentation.
Manage PRL (Work Safety) documentation within the relevant platforms.
Support to the Consultant Team Manager
Assist in monitoring the team: document compliance, updates, and follow-up.
Support onboarding of new consultants to ensure a smooth integration.
Address consultant queries on internal processes, HR policies, benefits, and tools.
Help organize internal events (team buildings, meetings, afterworks).
Support to Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
Assist in preparing presentations and operational follow-up for the Director of Operations.
Coordinate information for internal meetings and review sessions.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless process continuity.

Your Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Administration, HR, or related field .
Eligible for a non-curricular internship or Master's internship contract.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
