We are looking for a skilled
Data Integrity Lead
in
our office in Spain, Valencia,
to ensure every service and squad on the Internal Developer Platform is reflected by an up-to-date, trustworthy scorecard that drives continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in platform engineering, developer productivity, or technical program management
Strong interpersonal and project management skills; able to align diverse teams and technical stakeholders
Deep familiarity with developer metrics (DORA, SLAs, CI/CD quality, cloud cost visibility)
Comfort with data workflows, instrumentation, and observability tooling
Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Internal Developer Platform, Jira, etc.)
Nice to have:
Prior experience working on an Internal Developer Platform or DevEx initiative
Familiarity with tools like
, Cortex, Backstage, etc.
Understanding of microservices architectures and team/service ownership models
Opportunities & tasks:
Build reliable processes to keep our inventory data up-to-date
Own the life-cycle of scorecards: schema design, data contracts, cadence review
Partner with DevEx and Platform engineers to instrument pipelines that collect DORA, reliability, security, and cost metrics for each microservice
Run a regular (weekly/monthly) "data refresh" ritual: validate metrics with Engineering Managers and Heads, chase gaps, document ownership changes
Publish clear, visual dashboards inside the IDP portal; highlight best and worst scores, and open follow-ups
Evangelise scorecard use with workshops and manuals
Track platform coverage % and adoption trends; escalate stale data or metric regressions to the leaders.
