As an EHS Advisor, you will work on a 3&1 rotation, flying out to support the implementation of environmental, health, and safety practices on a major project based in Spain. Working closely with the project team and CET’s EHS management, you will oversee project EHS Team assisting the project team and implement and maintain company management systems for the project duration. Join us and become part of a forward-thinking team committed to innovation and excellence.Key Responsibilities- Manage and work closely with the CET Team on the project and direct all functions of their job role on site- Engage with CET Project Manager on work scope look ahead and develop Site Specific RAMS for works scope- Engage with main contractor Safety Team for site mobilization of team members to the project in line with local requirements (Supported by CET HQ Safety Team)- Ensure CET EHS management systems is implemented and maintained for the project in line with project specific EHS Plans received from PSCS- Ensure project training matrix is up to date and training in place for all CET team members (Supported by CET HQ Team)- Coordination in the development safe plan of action, permit to work with the CET team on site and main contractor- Ensure project PPE is resourced & available and communicated to Project Manager- Provide advice and training in all EHS matters to management, safety representatives and team members- Provide leadership and coordination of the day-to-day EHS requirements of the projects and promote a positive safety culture- Attend and provide input at Site meetings, report on work scope EHS risks, trends and recommend constructive actions towards continuous improvements- Review and carry out digital audits, inspections & incident investigation reports, establish corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence and continuous improvements with site team engagement- Develop and complete site-specific Toolbox Talks on site aligned with site audits and EHS findings to help promote a positive safety culture and high level of compliance- Review documentation within the project cloud safety folder, (GA2, GA3, SPA’s, RAMS Sign off’s, Safety Statement Sign Off’s, Inductions, PPE Records, Site Audits, TBT’s etc.) managed and submitted weeklyEssential Requirements- At least 3 years of site experience in a similar role- Relevant third level Certificate qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety- Ability to efficiently manage all environmental, health and safety issues on site with current EHS team on site- Thorough knowledge of current environmental, health and safety legislation- Flexibility in working patterns where necessary- Strong communication & computer skills- Ability to work on own initiative and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills alongside project manager- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package- EU passport and/or unrestricted visa-free working rights in Europe are essentialCET Connect is an equal opportunities employer.
