Reporting Relationship

Reports to the CNS GBC EUR SCE Sales Leader.

What You Will Learn and Contribute

* Take full ownership of the business for assigned key accounts, developing strategies, tactics, and account plans.
* Drive sales cases forward, coordinating between key roles following Nokia's sales process.
* Develop a strong sales pipeline supporting quota achievement.
* Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs/CTOs, and engage with C-suite executives for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
* Understand customer pain points and KPIs, articulating how Nokia CNS solutions meet their needs.
* Position Nokia CNS's value proposition, demonstrating benefits and ROI to differentiate from competitors.
* Lead targeted sales campaigns and strategic initiatives.
* Introduce senior Nokia management to develop and close opportunities.
* Collaborate with broader teams and partners to extend sales coverage and channels.
* Complete administrative tasks timely and professionally represent Nokia.
* Travel within Europe for customer meetings as needed.

Your Skills and Experience

* 8-12 years of proven sales experience in software, particularly in the Communications industry.
* Experience selling solutions like Analytics, security, OSS/BSS, and related software.
* Track record of closing large (>1M€) complex business opportunities.
* Strong relationships with customer leadership, including C-suite engagement.
* Solid understanding of business and financial aspects.
* Positive, flexible approach with a 'can do' attitude.
* Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions.
* Experience managing >3M€ annual sales quotas with consistent achievement.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Creative thinking and independent work ethic.
