Your primary responsibility is to ensure the correct and timely payment of our Primos, including post-payroll payments. You will develop strong relationships with global and local payroll vendors, HR partners, and finance and accounting teams.
You will have opportunities to lead or participate in projects focused on process improvement, aiming to enhance our service delivery and streamline operations.
ABOUT YOU

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Validate trial runs by local vendors and identify discrepancies.
2. Resolve discrepancies with technical or business teams, implement corrective actions, and retest as needed.
3. Prepare and process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages.
4. Reconcile and transmit payroll data and reports to vendors and banks.
5. Ensure accurate and timely payments to Primos and third parties.
6. Respond to inquiries within service level agreements.
7. Act as the main contact for local payroll vendors.
8. Complete SOX controls to ensure data integrity.
9. Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries and coordinate with finance teams.
10. Document and update payroll processes.
11. Prepare annual and monthly Primo Investment trackers and serve as POC for the Structure Cost team.
12. Lead or participate in process improvement projects within Payroll.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years in a Shared Services Center handling multi-country payrolls. A university degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary. Knowledge of accounting/finance is required. Preferred experience includes HR payroll or accounting, familiarity with Swiss or Belgian legislation, and vendor management experience.
