Your Responsibilities
Purpose of the role
Leads and manages the Technical Department PERI Iberia. Responsible for ensuring that the technical department provides the most cost‑effective solution for the customer and is more profitable for PERI, while supervising the quality and technical precision of all works produced in the technical department.
Key Roles / Responsibilities
Department management
Comply and enforce mandatory group directives.
Lead the work of the technical department optimizing its operation.
Evaluation of performance in the technical department.
Control compliance with the MBOs of the technical department.
Mark, according to company management, the remuneration criteria and variable premiums of the employees of the technical department.
Hire qualified technical personnel suitable for the technical department.
Ensure and observe all technical codes, norms and processes of the technical department.
Bid and Project Management
Supervise the projects, technical solutions and calculations made in the department.
