**About the Role**:
**Major accountabilities**:
- Act as the Business Solution Manager responsible for Supply Planning in close collaboration with the GPO (Integral Process Owners), Business Champions and Functional IT Experts and work stream lead
- Responsible to elaborate deliverables as per the project plan during conceptual design, build and deployment phase. Below is a list of such deliverables (not exhaustive)
- Establish or update business standard operating procedures, user work instructions and training documentation; execute business screening and testing of solution(s) and support and contribute to data migration
- Align and agree on integration of relevant processes and their respective system solution(s) e.g. production planning (ePP/DS), External Manufacturing (ARIBA supplier collaboration), LCM/LCI (ePPM, PLM), EDW/Formula1 with Kinaxis RR
- Ensures that user requirements and functional specifications are consistent with global / local processes
- Contribute to master data preparation for Screening, Testing and cut over
- Supports cutover and hyper care phases to ensure proper go live for the first mover countries and subsequent country deployments
- Secure business reporting requirements in Supply Planning together with the Reporting and Analytics team
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Successful finish of University degree in the fields of supply chain management, Information science or comparable education
- Various years of experience working in the supply planning area in a commercial entity and/or manufacturing site either within Novartis or in the Pharmaceutical / Comparable Industry
- Experience in projects to implement, improving including redesign of processes in supply planning and the respective solution in Kinaxis RR Maestro; translate local process requirements into a solution as part of the global design
- Good understanding related to the required Master Data setup to enable supply planning with Kinaxis RR Maestro
- Positive and pro-active attitude; flexibility to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing work environment in a global matrix environment and high degree of teamwork and quality orientation
- Kinaxis RR super user / experience user knowledge
- Business Scenario Analysis, Change Impact assessment
