You will be responsible for shaping the architecture and driving the delivery of complex, AI-driven platforms within secure domains, leading cloud-native development initiatives, and promoting engineering excellence in a highly collaborative and innovation-focused environment. Responsibilities: * Define and document scalable technical architectures. * Drive high-quality delivery through CI/CD, automation, and agile practices. * Lead multi-cloud infrastructure efforts and champion DevSecOps. * Ensure compliance, risk management, and technical audit readiness. * Mentor engineers and promote a collaborative, innovation-driven culture. Requirements: * 5+ years in technical leadership roles within AI/data environments. * Strong hands-on with AWS, Azure, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), IaC (Terraform/AWS CloudFormation). * Deep understanding of secure coding and DevSecOps standards. * Agile delivery experience (Jira, story estimation). * Desirable experience with Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus). * Desirable experience in test automation and distributed teams.
