CT Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
1. Analyze and establish manufacturing, transportation, and installation processes for concrete and hybrid towers (C&HT) based on tower design parameters to develop efficient and cost-effective processes.
2. Support ongoing projects by resolving incidents related to C&HT manufacturing, transportation, and installation procedures and tools.
3. Optimize existing processes to improve performance, quality, and safety.
4. Participate in new C&HT development teams, review designs, and suggest improvements or corrections.
5. Define requirements from manufacturing and installation perspectives during early product development stages to optimize process, quality, and safety.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
7. Define and validate tools supplied by Nordex Group.
8. Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement measures.
9. Maintain updated C&HT instruction and inspection reports.
10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
11. Travel to C&HT factories and wind farms under construction to test new tools, review prototypes, or conduct audits to identify procedural or design improvements.
Your Profile:
1. Industrial Engineer or similar qualification with relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in CAD-PLM and Microsoft Office.
3. High level of English.
4. 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
5. Availability to travel (approximately 3-4 trips per year, each lasting 2-3 weeks).
