Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer support in Dutch and English through phone, email, and chat.
* Resolve issues related to product inquiries, order management, technical troubleshooting, and general customer service requests.
* Assist customers in navigating products and services, handling changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction.
* Share insights and feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality and processes.
Requirements
* Native Dutch speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency .
* Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently after the training period and provide remote customer support.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
