Role Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect with strong technical expertise and the ability to design, implement, and govern security architectures across complex environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and design security architectures aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements across networks, systems, applications, and data.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritise cybersecurity risks, creating mitigation strategies and risk management plans.
• Implement security controls and technologies to protect against threats such as malware, phishing, ransomware, and insider threats.
• Develop security policies and standards ensuring compliance with regulations, industry frameworks, and organisational objectives.
• Create and maintain incident response plans, establish detection capabilities, and lead incident response activities.
• Monitor threat intelligence, advisories, and cyber trends to identify emerging risks.
• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in security controls.
• Deliver training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and communicate effectively with senior management

Mandatory Skills

• In‐depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices including threat modelling, risk assessment, and security controls.
• Strong experience with network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, secure network design.
• Knowledge of application security and secure coding practices.
• Demonstrable experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure), including IAM.
• Experience conducting security assessments, penetration tests, and audits.
• Experience developing incident response plans and procedures.
• Strong hands‐on experience with SIEM tools and cybersecurity technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
• Leadership abilities to guide cross‐functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Project management experience in planning and executing cybersecurity initiatives.
