They operate in over 100 countries and provide a secure platform for people and businesses to manage their money and digital assets.The Role:This is a high-level service role for important clients. The Account Manager acts as a personal contact, helping users manage their accounts and ensuring they receive a top-quality experience similar to private banking.What You'll Be Doing:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsGuide clients through onboarding, including account setup and platform usageMonitor client activity proactively to anticipate needs and resolve issuesManage inbound client communication and ensure timely, high-quality responsesIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Business DevelopmentConvert inbound leads into active, retained clientsWork closely with Compliance to ensure KYC/AML standards are metPartner with Product and Operations teams to relay client feedback and improve servicesMaintain accurate records and reporting within HubSpot CRMAnalyse client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunitiesRecommend improvements to workflows, communication processes, and client experienceRequirements:Experience: 2+ years in Fintech/Crypto or 4+ years in professional finance roles.People Skills: Experience working with high-value clients and building long-term trust.Basic Knowledge: A good understanding of how trading and financial markets work.Software: Experience using tools like HubSpot or Zendesk.Communication: Able to explain complicated money topics in very simple English.Education: A university degree in Business, Finance, or a similar subject.Salary : €5,000 – €6,000 per month + bonuses. xiphtebLogistics : On-site in Marbella, Spain.
