Are you passionate about the gastronomy and training sector? Are you a communicative person and do you have experience in recruiting students? Then this project is for you
Your main mission will be to lead the admission process of people who wish to take a training course in our center.
You will become the person responsible for the admission processes of the University Degree and Masters and Specialization Courses, taking a key role in the recruitment of students and promotion of BCC's academic standards.
On a day-to-day basis...
- You will manage enrollments in our digital tools, ensuring that each person completes their process correctly.
- You will guide prospective students throughout the admissions process, providing support and resolving their doubts.
- You will support in the coordination of assessment interviews, facilitating an organized student selection process.
- You will review and validate the necessary documentation.
- You will prepare reports of results.
- You will participate in innovative projects, such as CRM optimization, Salesforce integration and the development of our eCommerce platform.
- You willparticipate answeringinquiries and providinginformation about the training programs to interested individuals.
- You will also take part in events and promotional activities related to the training offer, such as information sessions, open house events, visits to educational centers, receiving visitors at BCC, fairs, and other outreach activities.
Requirements
Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?
- You have a Higher Degree in Administration and Commerce, Marketing or related areas.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience working as administrative, commercial or similar positions.
- You stand out for your communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have an intermediate level of Basque and English (B1).
- You manage your time with planning and autonomy, executing tasks efficiently.
