The challenge :
The R&D laboratory is seeking a highly motivated analyst with a proven track record in analytical development. This role will provide analytical and technical support for the R&D project pipeline, especially focused on the polymeric division and reverse engineering activities across various R&D projects (Q1 / Q2 / Q3). Major responsibilities include sample preparation and analysis using techniques such as GC, HPLC, UPLC-MS, GC-MS, and GPC.
Specific Responsibilities :
* Industry or academic laboratory experience with hands-on use of analytical methods such as TGA, DSC, GPC, Rheometer, GC-MS, HPLC-MS, ICP-OES is highly recommended.
* Review and interpret analytical results generated.
* Be a strong problem solver, highly organized, and capable of thriving and leading in an environment with rapidly changing priorities. Manage assigned priorities effectively.
Requirements and personal skills :
* Education : Bachelor's degree in sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related scientific field). CVs with vocational upper secondary education will also be considered.
* Languages : High proficiency in Spanish and medium to high proficiency in English.
* Experience : Previous experience as an analyst, scientist, or technician in an analytical environment (pharma industry or other laboratories) is highly recommended.
* Specific Knowledge : Knowledge of GMP regulations.
Travel : Not required.
* Personal skills : Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to design experiments, interpret data independently, and experience working in a GMP environment.
The analyst will work a flexible shift (08 : 00-09 : 45 to 16 : 30-18 : 15), with potential shift adjustments.
