Como**Contract Lifecycle Specialist**, estarás en el centro de nuestra organización comercial, siendo el referente y responsable end‐to‐end de los contratos a lo largo de todo su ciclo de vida, desde su creación hasta la renovación. Trabajarás de forma muy cercana con los equipos de Ventas, Finanzas, Marketing, Pricing y Corporate Accounts para garantizar que los contratos se gobiernan correctamente, se ejecutan con precisión y se generan los resultados financieros esperados. Más allá de la ejecución operativa, aportarás análisis, estructura y visión comercial, identificando oportunidades de mejora, evitando fugas de valor y reforzando el rendimiento del negocio.Participarás activamente en proyectos de mejora continua, implantando estándares del International CoE y aportando insights accionables para mejorar futuros contratos.El puesto es híbrido y está basado en el área de Barcelona.El éxito en este rol requiere combinar una mentalidad comercial con un enfoque analítico, estructurado y proactivo.• Experiencia de varios años en un puesto similar de contratos o commercial operations, idealmente en el sector healthcare o medical technology • Experiencia sólida en SAP, con capacidad para conectar contratos, datos financieros y resultados de sistemas• Nivel de inglés intermedio como mínimo, con capacidad para trabajar con documentación, reporting y stakeholders internacionales • Experiencia mínima en reporting y análisis de datos, con dominio de Excel y herramientas relacionadas • Enfoque comercial, colaborativo y orientado a resultados, con comodidad trabajando de forma transversal e influyendo en distintos stakeholders**You.
