What You’ll Do
* Answer merchant inquiries via Sales Reps through email—quickly, accurately, and in line with SLAs (German 🇩🇪 + English 🇬🇧 required) - French 🇫🇷 is a plus!
* Provide clear, solution‑oriented support and fix pre‑launch deal issues like a pro 🛠️
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Content Ops, Finance, and Risk for seamless experiences 🤝
* Act as the link between merchants and internal teams, helping identify and eliminate recurring issues 🔍
* Stay sharp by joining trainings, QA sessions, and team meetings 📚✨
* Become an expert in Groupon’s deal lifecycle and use that knowledge to elevate merchant experience 🚀
What You Bring
* Excellent communication in German and English
* Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, web tools) 💻
* Experience in customer service or operations—especially in global/multilingual environments 🌐
* Top‑tier attention to detail and multitasking abilities 🧠✨
