Manage IT team department.
1. Manage IT infrastructure.
2. Execute OT (process automation) to ensure proper platform setup (FAT/SAT) for laboratory and production equipment.
3. Manage and administer industrial software (BMS, serialization, laboratory software, etc.) and corporate software.
4. Act as the main project manager for projects related to the proper implementation of company software, acting as the main System Owner, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
5. Organize activities within the IT department, including planning, budgeting, personnel resources, supplier outsourcing, and training programs, in coordination with Operations and General Management.
6. Oversee the maintenance and installation of computerized systems (CS) within the company's IT infrastructure, following safety and data protection policies.
7. Participate in the implementation of company standards for IT infrastructure management and maintenance.
8. Implement and manage user rights according to company standards and user management policies.
9. Manage deviations affecting IT infrastructure functioning.
10. Follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures as agreed by the Head of IT.
11. Coordinate disaster recovery activities and contribute to business continuity programs based on CS lifecycle policies.
12. Support the execution of qualification protocols on IT infrastructure.
13. Ensure proper access to technical resources necessary for CSV activities.
14. Participate in continuous improvement programs related to IT topics.
15. Ensure the use of approved suppliers for IT activities, defining service agreements and responsibilities.
16. Manage the supply of IT materials (Hardware and Software) for the company's operations.
17. Lead international expansion projects from scratch, integrating IT/OT in the pharma industry.
18. Hold a Master's degree in Computerized Systems or IT Engineering.
19. Have proven experience in the pharmaceutical environment, following EU-GMP Annex 11 and 21 CFR requirements.
20. Experience in ERP implementation, especially SAP.
21. Understanding of Operational Technology processes in collaboration with software configuration suppliers.
22. Ability to manage priorities and deliver on tight project deadlines.
23. Ability to work independently and solve problems.
24. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
25. Flexible mindset for working in a multinational, multitask, and multi-team environment.
