Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Business Development (Licensing Out) role based in Barcelona. The role involves spearheading licensing‑out strategies, identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities, conducting market research and lead generation, and establishing partnerships to expand the company's reach. Additionally, the role includes maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategic objectives with business goals.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends, assess opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
* Proven experience in Lead Generation and building long‑term business relationships.
* Relevant knowledge of licensing and business development within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and meet challenging deadlines within a dynamic environment.
