Job Summary: The Marketing Support Specialist (Marketing Execution Specialist) will be Involved in Uploading, Updating, Migrating, and Manipulating Marketing Related Data in Various System(s), Application(s), and Tool(s). You will Validate and Review Information as well as Marketing Data for Error(s) - and Assist in the Execution of Marketing Campaign Activities as the Processing and Execution Arm of the Marketer(s) when it comes to System Side Processes. Tool(s) and System(s) Used Include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Marketo, and various Microsoft Application(s) and Other Relevant Software(s).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Locate, Identify, and Correct Data Entry Error(s) to Verify the Accuracy of the Provided Data and Run System Side Upload(s) and Update(s) accordingly within the Stated Deadline
* Perform System Searche(s) to Locate and Export Information Requested such as Client's Contact Information and Company Attribute(s), Collaborate with Internal and External Team(s) to Investigate and Execute Marketing Request(s), Create Electronic Mailer(s) for Outbound Marketing Campaign(s) and Execution of Outbound Email Communication(s) to a Target List
* Troubleshoot Basic System Side Issue(s) and Communicate Effectively to Ensure a Smooth Webinar and Online Campaign, Advocate Marketer's Need(s) with Internal Team(s) and Collaborate with Support and Development Team(s) to Find Possible Solution(s), Work Closely with Team Member(s) to Share Requesters' Reference(s) and Increase your Own Knowledge-Base
* Explain Complicated Process Flow(s) and Logic Using both Technical and Simplified Language, Think Critically to Resolve Issue(s) Related to Marketing Campaign(s), Webinar(s), and Data Management, Execute Basic HTML Editing for Proper Layout and Look
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
* High School Diploma (Old Curriculum or New Curriculum) with Relevant Experience Required, Bachelor's Degree with Related Course(s) Preferred
* 1 Year(s) Working Experience in either Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Account Management, or Consulting - Experience Working Closely with Account Manager(s), Support Team(s), Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Analytics Team(s) to Increase Quality and Efficiency of Daily Task(s), Output(s), and Other Deliverable(s)
* Experience or Exposure to Information Technology and Tech Industry (IT Related Environment or Technical Background), Ability to do Basic HTML Editing for Proper HTML Layout(s), Strong Background with Microsoft Excel (Working with Huge Amount of Data, Creating Report(s), Performing Review and Analytics, and Other Business Need(s))
* Able to Communicate Effectively for Execution of Daily Task(s), Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, Time Management and Multitasking Skills - Ability to Handle and Prioritize Multiple Project(s) and Work within Agreed Deadline(s), Ability to Move Independently and be a Self-Starter with Proactive Approach in Completing Task(s), Ability to Find Work-Around(s) and Think Out-of-the-Box
* Amenable to Work in the Assigned Location(s) (Bonifacio Global City, Taguig) Following Night Shift Schedule(s) or Support Hour(s) (09:00PM - 06:00AM)
